 Transportation from Tulsa to the Rocky Mountains and back is included in this trip. We teach LNT-triangle camping-backpacking equipment- ground to air symbols and yes, tell Bear stories. On this trip you will also learn about the gray wolves of Yellowstone and bears of North America. You will be hiking from 8,000 to 13,500 Ft elevation and have an opportunity to walk across a glacier field. Depending on weather conditions you may also get to cross an ice field with crampons and an ice ax. Also, there is an abundance of wildlife to be seen through out this trip.
Trip package includes:
- Transportation from Tulsa, Ok to the Rocky Mountains and return
We will leave Tulsa at 5:30 am Saturday.
- Experienced Guides
- All fees and permits
- All food needed once we start our trip at the Rocky Mountains trail head and camping gear. (Sleeping bag, tents, backpack, and cook stove)
